peace.

God is good and so faithful. He really loves us, he really does.


I went to a new church this morning and for some reason, a girl came and asked if she could sit beside me. After the service ended, we sat and talked and before I knew it, it was 30 minutes later and I have a new friend to eat with on Sunday afternoons and someone to motivate me to get in shape and eat healthy.

Below is from yesterday, because hello... He's amazing everyday :)

I woke up really angry this morning because of some things I've been dealing with on and off. I stopped in my tracks while making coffee because God told me to ask for what I needed. Peace.
I sat everything down and stopped for a moment and asked for peace with things that are out of my control because I've done what I can.
I felt peace today, I felt less negativity than what I woke up with.
He's good like that and He loves us.
