This past weekend with my Mama was amazing. It was one of those things I really needed without knowing it. Friday night was pedicures and margaritas over some pretty tasty Mexican fare and then staying up late and crocheting and talking about memories my mom had about when she learned to crochet all sorts of things. Saturday was late breakfast, meandering around Home Depot picking out succulents and new balcony things, lying by the pool all afternoon enjoying a breeze and then Saturday night was getting Macaroni Grill to go and eating on the balcony while enjoying some good music.

My Sunday consisted of a small road trip to and from the airport with the windows rolled down and Rogue Wave blasting through the early morning air with an iced coffee in hand. I love this city's buildings, a lot.
