As of last night, which was the night the boyfriend and I returned from Texas Hill Country where we ate way too much and tasted plenty of wine, I decided that this is the week I am going to begin being healthy. I have accepted the "twenty-one day challenge" and I get started Wednesday, which is the day I'll meet with the lady that is going to tell me how crappy my current eating habits are and all that good stuff. Part of me is excited. The other part, which is the caffeine crazed part, is *dreadddddding* this. No caffeine, no alcohol and low carbs for the next 21 days. I am very excited to hopefully boost my energy the natural healthy way and hopefully drop some pounds while doing so. This is going to be one of the harder things I've ever signed myself up to do, because I have no discipline when it comes to not eating what I want, when I want, but the benefits are hopefully going to be well worth it. We shall see in 3 weeks and 2 days. Lets do this :)
